Advisor Solutions coaches financial advisors. We built a behavioral coaching platform: a web app where advisors log their daily activity and follow a game plan, and coaches see progress across every advisor and team on one scoreboard. It is live in production with real advisor teams on it.

Bohan is a residential design-build firm in Annapolis, Maryland. We built a homeowner-facing portal where clients see their project's status, milestones, photos and documents without calling the office, with the Bohan team approving what goes out.

Outreach and reply system

Cogniify is a behavioral content studio for life sciences. We built an outreach engine that finds and scores leads, drafts personalized emails, and replies to responses within minutes with a booking link, with a person approving every send.

Logan Kay founded Kaleos HQ after designing and deploying AI systems across admissions and operations at Harvard Business School. He was selected for the inaugural cohort of Claude Corps, Anthropic's AI fellowship.

Who we work with

Kaleos HQ is a premium service for founders and executives running companies from $2M to $40M+ in annual revenue, with workflows that eat senior time and nobody in house to build. Most of our clients are professional services firms, agencies, and coaching businesses, where the client relationship depends on what goes out the door.

We are the wrong firm for a chatbot on a website, and we will not build an AI that acts with nobody checking. If you want a system you can stand behind, we should talk.
